Each number rings at the office it belongs to rather than a central line, so the person answering knows what is running that day and who is in.
Messages are answered by the same people
The form below goes to the front desk. If you send it outside opening hours you will hear back once the office opens rather than the next working day.
Nobody sells you the longest treatment
Describe what is going on and you will be pointed at a sensible starting point. If what you describe needs a physician rather than us, we will say so.
Cancellations
If you cancel on the day of your appointment you are responsible for the full cost of the treatment. Give us as much notice as you can and we will move the appointment rather than charge you. If something urgent has come up, call and tell us rather than not turning up, because that is almost always easier to resolve than people expect.

Are you open on weekends and holidays?
Yes. Both offices run seven days a week including major holidays. Weekdays from eight in the morning until eight at night, and weekends from eight until five.
Do I need a referral?
No. Call the front desk directly and describe what is going on. They will suggest where to start rather than booking you into the longest appointment on the list.
How do I check whether my insurance covers this?
Submit your details through our intake and insurance page and we will verify your benefits before your first visit, so you know what applies rather than finding out at the desk.
Can I come in and look around before booking?
Yes. Call ahead and say that is what you want to do, and somebody will show you the building when it is quiet, which is usually mid-morning.
