Holistic Wellness for Massapequa, NY
A short run east on Sunrise Highway, just over the county line. If you already drive into the city for work, this is not a journey.
Massapequa Patients
A town that mostly works somewhere else
Massapequa has always sent people west. A considerable number of families here have somebody working a city job on a tour schedule, and plenty more do the Babylon branch into Penn every day. The Island is where you sleep. The work is over the line.
That produces a particular kind of tiredness, and it is not the same as being busy. It is the accumulation of shifts that ignore what time it is, a body that gets used hard and then sits in traffic, and the fact that the hours you are actually free rarely line up with when anything is open.
Our Lindenhurst center is east on Sunrise, a few exits along. We are open seven days a week including major holidays and until eight at night on weekdays, which exists precisely for people whose week does not follow the standard shape.
Match It To Your Day
What you need, and what you have time for
Pick the row that matches your window and the column that matches the problem.
Pick a square
Nine combinations, from half an hour on the way home to a full morning off. Tell the front desk how long you actually have and they will build the visit around it rather than around a menu.
Coming Off A Tour
The part nobody schedules
Shift work does two things at once. It loads the body, which is the obvious part, and it keeps the nervous system switched on long past the point where the shift ended, which is the part people tend to describe as being unable to wind down rather than as a health issue.
Both respond to treatment, and they respond better together than separately. Point work has been shown to reduce cortisol production, and it can run in the same appointment as massage or Active Release Therapy for the physical side.
For anyone who would rather not be handled at all after a long stretch of people, reiki and far infrared sauna ask nothing of you. All of it is complementary care alongside your physician rather than a replacement for anything.

Crossing from Nassau makes no difference to anything practical. We accept all major insurances and verify your specific coverage before your first visit regardless of which county you live in.
Patient Reviews
What our patients say
★★★★★I played sports my whole life, pushed through the pain, tried everything. Michael is knowledgeable, thorough, and has a true gift for this work. He listened to my history, understood the underlying issue immediately, and delivered results that years of other treatments never came close to.
John Ciejka, Google
★★★★★I have been here 3 times now. What a difference I feel! I highly recommend Christine. I am sure the others are just as good, but I wouldn't know.

Common Questions
Questions from Massapequa
I am in Nassau. Does that complicate insurance?
No. We accept all major insurances and verify your specific coverage before your first visit. Which county you live in makes no difference to what applies.
I work rotating tours. Can I book around that?
Yes, and a lot of our patients do. Tell the front desk what the rotation looks like and they will book week by week rather than putting you in a standing slot you cannot keep.
How long does the drive take?
East on Sunrise Highway to the Wellwood Avenue exit, a few exits over the county line. For most of Massapequa it is a short run outside of rush hour.
Can I fit something into half an hour?
Yes. Acoustic wave therapy runs ten to thirty minutes with no downtime, and ionic foot detox is about thirty. Both fit either side of a shift without needing a whole day around them.
What if I do not know what I need?
Call 631-309-2242 and describe what is going on. The front desk does this every day and will suggest a starting point rather than booking you into the longest treatment on the list.
