Holistic Wellness for Copiague, NY
You are the next hamlet over. Most of Copiague drives past our building every week without knowing what is inside it, so here is a look.

Distance is not the problem here
Every other town we write about has a version of the same question, which is whether the trip is worth it. Copiague does not. You border Lindenhurst. If you shop, eat or fill up along Montauk Highway you already pass us.
The actual barrier from this hamlet is different. People know the building is there and have no idea it holds more than twenty treatments, a full detox center, a colon hydrotherapy suite, a reiki office and an alkaline water bar. Most assume it is a single practice with one thing going on.
So rather than explain why to travel, this page shows what is behind the door. Have a look and then call 631-309-2242 if something lands.
Inside The Building
What is actually in there
Five parts of the practice. Pick one.
Where the acupuncture happens
The core of the practice, run by Joseph A. D'Antona, DAOM, voted Long Island's Best Acupuncturist. Point work for pain, migraines, anxiety, sleep and fertility, plus combined appointments that run acupuncture alongside massage, reiki or Active Release Therapy in a single visit rather than two.

On The Water
Docks, canals and the shoulders that come with them
Copiague sits on the Great South Bay and a good part of the hamlet lives on or near the water. Between Tanner Park, the canals and everyone with a boat behind the house, there is a whole seasonal cycle here that other towns do not have.
It produces a predictable set of complaints. Shoulders from hauling and pulling. Lower backs from lifting things off a dock at an awkward angle. Knees from a deck that never stops moving. And the annual spring weekend where a winter of nothing meets a full day of scrubbing and sanding.
Cupping and Active Release Therapy handle most of it. If it has been going on for more than a season, a proper plan works better than treating each flare as it arrives.

Common Questions
Questions from Copiague
I have driven past for years. What is actually in there?
Treatment rooms for acupuncture, a massage suite, a full body detox center with colon hydrotherapy and far infrared sauna, a reiki treatment office, and an alkaline ionized water bar. More than twenty treatments in total.
Do I need a referral?
No. Call the front desk directly on 631-309-2242 and describe what is going on. They will suggest where to start rather than booking you into the longest appointment on the list.
Can I come in just to see the place first?
Call ahead and say that is what you want to do. Somebody will show you around when the building is quiet, which is usually mid-morning.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept all major insurances and verify your specific coverage before your first visit. Submit your details through our intake page and we will confirm what applies to you beforehand.
What are your hours?
Seven days a week including major holidays. Monday to Friday from eight in the morning until eight at night, and weekends from eight until five.
